1 Lb Chuck or roast( cut into strips)
3 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic minced
2 carrots chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ yellow peppers, red peppers or green peppers
1 cup green onions
1 small onion chopped
Rice Recipe
2 cups Basmati Rice
4 cups cold water
3 Tbsp olive oil or Butter
½ tsp salt
