Hey there! We've got the absolute yummiest peach cobbler recipe ever! It's super easy to make and guaranteed to have you coming back for seconds. Get ready for a taste of heaven!


INGREDIENTS


2 15 oz. cans of Peaches (Heavy Syrup) USE NAME BRAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 Box  Pillsbury Pie Crusts

1 Stick real butter (melted)

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt (plus a pinch more of salt)

1/2 + 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1. preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Bring crust to room temperature

3. Slowly and gently unroll crust Place crust in an ungreased glass dish. Press crust firmly against the side and bottom.

4. Prick bottom crust with a fork.

5. Bake bottom crust at 425 for approximately 12 minutes until brown.

6. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LET IT COOL before adding the peach mixture.

7. While the bottom crust is baking and cooling make the peach filling.

8. Add peaches, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter in a bowl and stir to well mixed.

9. Now that the bottom crust is cool, pour the peach filling on top of the bottom crust.

10. Unroll the second pie crust and slice and place the slices on top of the peach mixture. *Do Not Overlap Strips

11. For extra crust you can use the whole pie crust roll.

12. Place in oven for 45-50 minutes until Golden Brown.
