Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best discada/parabolica, a mixed meat dish popular in the northern Mexican states, I’m from Tlahualilo Durango and we know this dish as parabolica. Traditionally we cook this dish in a disk,but I don’t own one and here in Az is so hot to be outside cooking it 🙈 I know I know but let me tell you that cooking it inside don’t loose any of its flavor, it’s just as delicious! Ingredients:
2 lbs pork loin roast
1 lb ground beef
1 tube of chorizo
1 package sausage
12 oz bacon
4 Roma tomatoes
1 small white onion
2 tsp minced garlic (4 garlic cloves)
3 chile serrano or jalapeño
2 chile chipotle in adobo sauce
Garlic salt
1 bunch cilantro
Tortillas
1 serving of love 💕
