FEI FE5680A Rubidium Reference Breakout and RS-232 Configuration Board

Some Donkey Years ago I bought this FEI FE5680A Rubidium Reference for 150 USD fro Ebay (China), I received it like you see it in the Video Rough but in working Condition.
These old References and most all of the other Rubidium and OCXO's on Ebay and ALI-Express are from scraped obsolete Cellular Stations, they where sold ca. 50USD at the beginning, but now go up-to 350USD and more, since Sellers saw that there is demand.....
Many Rubidium References are EOL or Near EOL (the Rubidium Lamp) so what you get is like playing Roulette.

To be able to Test my Version and most of other Versions of the FEI FE5680A, I Designed the Breakout Board in the Video for:
1) Lock Status of the Rubidium Lamp Indication
2) Stretching the 1uS PPS Pulse to 360mS and made it visible via Flashing Led
3) Breaking out the Configuration RS232 of the Reference, to Test and Trimm the Output Frequency via a PC Software (or a Standard RS232 Terminal Emulation.
