Roulade of Pork Mosaic | Pork Roulade, Cabbage potage, and Porcini 'Ash'

Today, I made a roulade of pork mosaic!
I used porcini powder to add the line in between the strips of pork I've cut while giving off a great flavor/aroma at the same time.

It came out the way I wanted it to be, and it made me happy for the whole day :)
