Ingredients:
HI! nice to see you again! Today we will cook a tasty minced meat recipe. Watch the video up to the end to not miss the details.
1 chopped onion. We put the pan on the fire, pour in the oil, fry the onion.
Chop 1 bell pepper, add to the pan to the onion.

chop the garlic and add it to the pan.
Put 250 g of minced meat in a frying pan and fry together with the vegetables.
Remove the zest from 1/2 a lemon, then squeeze the juice into a bowl.
Add the lemon zest and juice to the pan.
dill, paprika, cumin add to the pan. mix everything well.
1 loaf cut lengthwise.
put the bread on a baking sheet. put the minced meat filling on top.
make small indentations with a spoon. Add eggs to these holes.
add a little salt.
put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
