I've stopped using some viral curl enhancing methods like brush curling, handle curling, coiling, twisting, finger rolling & finger coiling. I go into extensive detail with visuals on how doing these methods wrong can cause problems. To disclaim; there is nothing wrong with the actual methods themselves, they are styling preferences based on the individual.
