This is what we call making the best out of a bad situation. We took the worst ESO PVP class (Magicka Necromancer) and turned it into something great for what there is to work with. This is the MagCro PvP Build turned one bar with Oakensoul. It SLAYS Bgs, Cyrodiil and doubles as a PVE set up for Vet arena and Vet dungeons. You HAVE to try this!
