Josh Shapiro attends ceremonial budget bill signing amid Kamala Harris VP speculation

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and Secretary of Education Dr. Khalid N. Mumin will visit Cheyney University, the nation’s first Historically Black College and University (HBCU), to host a ceremonial signing of HB 897 and highlight the bipartisan budget that Governor Shapiro signed into law last month.
