Lakis is very proud to share this legendary Cypriot classic recipe, given to us back in the '80's by our good friend Pam Sparsi-Jordan. A one-pot dish that we introduced on to our menu at the taverna, it was an immediate success, and has remained so ever since! It is Pam's mum's recipe and is the perfect illustration of how you only need a few good quality ingredients, prepared and cooked with love, to have a guaranteed showstopper of a dish. This is Cypriot home cooking at it's very best Taste Buddies...easy to prepare, simple to cook and huge on flavour (the potatoes will steal the show...promise!)
