In today's video we will
In today's video we will be cooking one of our favorite dishes: lentil stew! Now that autumn is coming in the northern hemisphere and the days are getting colder, we were wanting to eat some delicious lentils with chorizo. This time, we decided to cook this dish outside in the garden using our new Dutch oven. We added spicy chorizo, smoked pancetta and cacciatore sausage - the dish came out a delight! Also, we decided to prepare a delicious apple pie for dessert with the apple harvest from our fruit trees. We hope you enjoy this video cooking with us. :)
