Transformers has knockoffs everywhere, but in the 90’s to ‘00’s, the Quick Change G1 Combiner Sets were everywhere. In addition to Devastator, there was Superion, a recolored (to almost Guard City status) Defensor, a Bruticus that was really in Baldigus Car Robots 2000 colors, and a Menasor that came with two Technobots. In addition to the G2 yellow Devastator, a set of Constructions was released in Europe during the G1 era without the pieces to form Devastator and in yellow. These were the Decepticon team that was to face off against the Autobot Rescue Force, which was a set of recolored versions of Japanese exclusives that were unnamed.
