When in Hong Kong, other than the dim sum, one has to try the popular Hong Kong Beef Brisket Noodle or Ngau Lam Mein, in Cantonese.  I've been trying various recipes to make this style of beef brisket and I believe I have found the right combination of ingredients.  Beef brisket being a cheap cut of meat needs to be cooked for a couple of hours to tenderize the meat. Using a pressure cooker, the cooking time can be reduced to a third.  Try this out yourselves at home!
