How to install a metal C Channel

Here I show how we installed a metal C Channel. Metal support systems are really quite cheap compared to other support systems like brick and LVL'S . C channels are excellent for strengthening up an existing support beam. This basement was a really tight space to work in and made maneuvering the heavy steel difficult.
