UPDATE: Reports are coming in that the Shadowy Figure can spawn anywhere - not just in Desolace. Kill mobs around the world and eventually she will come.
CORRECTION: The crafting reagents needed by other professions do not come from Ziri's Mystery Box. They come from cleaning the Grime-Encrusted Salvage by using the Salvagematic after you complete the quest.
