sticky honey roast recipe missing?

UPDATE: im just very stupid, it did bug, and i still got it but i was blind and didnt see it, it didnt give me the option to learn it, it was just already learned so thats where my confusion came from 😂😵‍💫👍 Doing Jean's quest and it bugged... Now i cant proceed HELP
