Christmas Fruit Cake

Ingredients:
Measuring cup
1 cup = 250 ml

Maida: 1+ 1/2 cup
Baking pd:1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Ginger pd-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon pd-1/2tsp
Clove pd-1/4 tsp
Nutmeg-1/4tsp

Wet ingredients:
Oil-1/2 cup
Curd-1 cup
Brown sugar-3/4 cup

For soaking fruits:
Orange jiuce-1/4 cup
Water-1/4 cup
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Raisins/black currant-1/4 cup
Cranberries-1/4 cup
Dried Apricot-1/4 cup
Prunes-2 tbsp
Tutti frutti-1/4 cup

Almond-3tbsp
Walnuts-3 tbsp
Kaju-3tbsp

Bake in 8 inch Tin at 160 deg for 35-40 mins or till the time toothpick comes out clean.
