This creamy beef and mushrooms
This creamy beef and mushrooms (Stroganoff) pasta with steak on top is so delicious, you better make extra!

Recipe:
- 2 good steaks, mine were 0,5 lbs/225g each
- 8,8 oz/250g tagliatelle or fettuccine
- 0,7 lbs/320g of your favorite mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons/30g butter to cook the mushrooms
- A little paprika, about 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 cup/250ml beef stock
- 8,8 oz/250g tagliatelle or fettuccine
- 4,4 oz/125g creme fraiche
- 1 full tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 0,5 cup/125ml full fat cream
- Half a tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- A little Parmesan or Pecorino cheese for serving
- Chives or Italian parsley for garnish
- A little butter, fresh thyme, rosemary and garlic cloves when you sear the steaks
- A little canola oil to sear the steaks
