This patient is a young male who did extensive research before seeing Dr. Williams for a revision rhinoplasty. Dr. Williams harvested rib cartilage to rebuild his nose and demonstrates the art of rhinoplasty using one small puncture incision to fracture the bones in the least traumatic way possible.
