Living with Dilated Cardio Myopathy - Update!

Just another update of my situation with non compaction dilated cardio myopathy (NC-DCM) a genetic heart disease that is caused usually before birth or shortly after.

I apologize in advance for all the rambling, I was trying to hit two birds with one stone and get some exercise while talking.
