At a recent marksmanship clinic,
At a recent marksmanship clinic, one of the students had this Sears-Ranger Springfield M87 in .22 LR - a rifle which I have not seen before.
The action keeps the bolt to the rear until the trigger is reset.
I'm not positive this is very practical, but it is an interesting mechanism to watch cycle.
