Subway sandwich with homemade special
Subway sandwich with homemade special sauce.
You will need following ingredients to make this dessert.
Warm water 100g.
1 tsp dry yeast.
1 tbsp sugar.
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Bread flour 300g
½ tsp salt.
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste.
½ tsp salt.
½ tsp red chili powder.
¾ tsp garam masala.
½ tsp black pepper powder.
¾ tsp turmeric powder.
¾ teaspoon of cumin seed.
½ tsp soya sauce.
Cooking oil.
1 egg without yolk
1 tsp milk.
White till
Back in a preheated oven 175C for 30 minutes
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard paste
½ tsp black pepper powder.
2 tbsp tomato puree.
Green leaf lettuce.
Tomato chopped.
Cucumber chopped.
