Here is a 20 minute mobility flow

1 minute on each exercise 20 seconds rest

Hip flexor right

Hip flexor left

Active hip stretch left foot to hand

Active hip stretch right foot to hand

Squat open up the hips

90 degree stactic stretch left (push knee down)

90 degree static static stretch right (push knee down)

Pigeon right

Pigeon left

Knee hug left

Knee hug right

Lying hamstring stretch left

Lying hamstring stretch right

Lat stretch

Downward dog
