• Painted steel roof deck
• Acoustical ceiling
• Connecting hardware
• Step-by-step installation manual and drawings
• R-11 or R-13 polystyrene core insulation in all panels reduces noise and helps control temperature
• Pre-hung 20 gauge steel door with 18 gauge frame, 20" x 30" window and hardware (standard right hand swing)
• Includes conduit run to ceiling, handy junction box, plates, receptacles, breaker panel and light switch only
• 2' x 4' fluorescent light fixtures - 4-tube lay-in type for 70 foot candles of illumination (professional electrical installation required)
