Fake Casio A168 Watch - COUNTERFEIT!

This supposed "Casio A168" watch from ebay does indeed show the word CASIO when you hold down the right-hand button, which USED to be the way to identify a genuine example... But this one is still a FAKE!

TOP TIPS FOR IDENTIFYING A FAKE A168:

- Check the side of the lugs (the bit where the strap attaches). If there's no drilled holes, it's a fake.
- Check the clasp adjuster. If there's no arrow pointing at the adjuster hole, it's a fake.
- Does the case or bracelet look a bit unfinished, unrefined? Casio quality control doesn't allow this.
- Does it come in a proper cardboard Casio box? Fakes usually arrive in just a plastic bag with a card tag wrapped around the strap.

UPDATE:

I think in the video I was incorrect to say the watch should have a mineral glass crystal. I think it's actually okay for it to be acrylic crystal with the decal adhered to it. BUT, the decal must let light through the red area that says ILLUMINATOR, to be genuine.

Also note, there are now some fakes out there WITH drilled lugs, so it's getting very tricky now. The main thing I could advise is, buy from a store with a good reputation, NOT ebay. And more expensive = more legitimate.
