In Today's Video, we would be talking about a new launch by the brand Blue Heaven Cosmetics. Blue Heaven Cosmetics recently launched 6 shades of their Matte + Metallic Eyeshadow Palettes each priced at Rs 250.
The shade that I have today for the review is called Subtle Romance and it is the neutral shade from the collection.
