The making of Oaxaca's favorite antojito at Tlayudas Doña Flavia.  The tlayuda (a giant corn tostada) is covered in refried beans, then cheese and meat (tasajo, Oaxacan cecina, thinly sliced, salted, and air-dried beef), folded and grilled, then served with guaje and pipicha.
