Muscle Contraction - Part 2

In Part 2 we discuss the 'how' behind Part 1's content. This involves the role of the electrochemical changes in the neurons and muscle fibers. Calcium ions are a fundamental part of all of the muscle contraction, as well as neurotransmitters and a working alpha neuron.
