NIT Andhra Pradesh Campus (Phase 1A) || CPWD ||BGShirke

The NITAP Permanent campus Phase 1A has been constructed by CPWD. Total 26 No’s buildings with 55,575sqm plinth area have been constructed in this phase within a Span of about 15 months. Precast Construction technology has been adopted in order to complete this entire project within time. The construction cost including development & bulk services is Rs.37, 171/- per sqm which is far below than cost of construction of other NIT’s and IIT’s being undertaken in a similar time.
