I love you all.

The stitches come out tomorrow and I wanted to express all my love and gratitude to all of you that have shown me and my family love and support.

It’s because of you I never give up no matter how painful my life may be.

I’m a believer that we’re much more than our circumstances and can train our brain to see life that way with conscious repetition.

I share my life with all of you to borrow the lens of my life to become inspired to change from a state of joy and love.
