Here is a quick tutorial showing you how to conform 60p, 60 frames per second footage to 24p, 24 frames per second footage on a PC or Mac using Adobe After Effects. This is especially useful if you have a Canon 7D or T2i with the ability to shoot at 60 frames per second and you would like to slow it down.
As an added bonus, this tutorial shows you how to conform your footage all at once, instead of clip by clip.
