I'll shows how to set up two point perspective and render it.

How To Sketch Georgian Window
To create this drawing I used:
- 60g/m2 A3 paper ( called Layout Paper),
- large triangle and a ruler, white corrector
- 0.7mm mechanical pencil
- A3 photocopier to transfer the drawing on a good quality paper ~160/m2.
I also had paper masking tape handy as well as some spare regular A4 sheets and a paper cloth to use for pastel smudging.
