Deploy PALWORLD to Google Cloud Platform!

The GCP Compute Engine type in the video actually has 8GB of RAM.  I would recommend using 16GB, especially given the fact that there is a known memory leak in the Early Access version of the game.  This is the 16GB instance type which is now included in the terraform: e2-standard-4

For now, the firewall rule is just set to allow UDP/8211.  I will update the description if that changes.
