INGREDIENTS:
》2 eggs
》1/2 cup unsalted butter
》1/4 cup stevia (artificial sweetener)
》1.5 cup almond flour
》1.5 tsp baking powder
》1/4 tsp salt
》1 tsp lemon extract
》1 tsp Vanilla essence
》1/4 cup unsweetened Coconut powder
》few slices of almond
INSTRUCTIONS
》Add whole eggs, stevia, and butter in a mixer. Blend for 60 seconds
》Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, lemon extract, vanilla essence, and unsweetened coconut powder in a blender. Mix for 60 seconds.
》cookie dough is ready
》lay parchment paper in a baking tray
》use plastic on the lid and make cookies
》sprinkle sliced almonds on the cookies
》Preheat Oven at 350F temperature
》Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
》Enjoy delicious almond flour cookies. Those are very low in carbohydrates, sugar-free for diabetics or keto-friendly diets.
