Food for Thought: Whittingham Lives Project

'Food for Thought' was an event from the Whittingham Lives Association Project held at Whittingham & Goosnargh Sports & Social Club on Saturday 11th August 2018 Public health festival where organisations and volunteers explored the relationship between diet and mental health past and present. From 11am-4pm There was an exhibition of artefacts, stalls related to Whittingham, food, farming and diet along with creative activities. The evening event featuring a typical asylum diet along with music. The theme was 1920s and encouraged those who attended to dress accordingly.
