Here are 3-reasons WHY you may need a social media DETOX and the benefits...

1 - If you find yourself being on social media WAY TOO much lately, and really for no apparent reason, it may be time for a break. Taking a few days-off may be helpful to free your mind
from consuming too much.

2 - If you find yourself feeling "less-than" lately, especially around the holidays because it appears everyone else's life is "perfect" and yours is not, it may be time for a social media detox. A benefit of this may help you realize NOBODY's life is perfect, no matter what they are posting on social media to make it appear that way.

3 - If you find yourself getting angry, envious or even jealous every time you log onto social media, it is definitely time for a detox. Re-evaluate WHY you are even on it. If it's just to spy
on other people, and is causing more mental stress on you than anything else, it's time
for a detox. Social media is meant to connect, but in some cases has been seen as a way of INFLATING the truth. Stop comparing yourself to everyone else and take a break
