DIY Welcome SIGN
Supplies:
LARGE WOOD PIECE - 12" X 6' X 1" - PINE BOARD(PRE-CUT AT LOWES) - $12
They didn't need to cut it, I got it right off of the shelf. This wood does not need to be sanded, its already Smooth.
SMALL WOOD PIECES - 1/4" X2.5"X 12" and I cut it down to 6" using my hand saw to make 2 pieces.
General Fishes Stain in Java
Liquid Nails
tape is optional
wood letters - Walmart - $1.97 each
chalk paint - Walmart
Ribbon - dollar tree
flocked pick - dollar tree
hot glue
polyurethane - lowes
Instructions to apply the letters:
I measured and marked where the letters should go on the board. Each letter is 8 inches and I wanted 1 in between each letter so I measured and marked a line every 9 inches from the top to the bottom of the board. I placed my letter on top of each line.
