Coomb's test can be used to bridge the gap between incomplete antibodies bound to RBCs and cause agglutination that can be visualized in the test tube
Coomb's test can either be Direct Coomb's test or Indirect Coomb's test
Direct Coomb's test Detects Antibodies that are bound to the RBCs
Indirect Coomb's test Detects Antibodies that are present in
the serum and are not bound to RBCs
