Baby gorilla turns 6 weeks old | The Lomako’s Group #tamidol

This adorable baby Makongo is 6 weeks old now. He receives excellent care from his mother, and his siblings are also curious about him. Looking forward to him growing up healthy and becoming a handsome silverback like his father.

In GaiaZOO, a baby gorilla was born on April 9th. This marks the first birth of a gorilla in nearly ten years at the Kerkrade NL, and it's an endangered western lowland gorilla.

The father of this baby gorilla, Lomako, arrived in Kerkrade in the spring of 2022. He took over the leadership role after the passing of Makula, who died in June 2021. This is Lomako's first offspring. As for the mother, Tamidol, this is her second baby.
The baby is a boy👦, his name is Makongo
