Ingredients:
1 bowl pineapple
2 tbsp clarified butter
3-4 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp rasins
1 tbsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
4-5 dried red chillies
1 tbsp biryani masala
1/2 tsp yellow colour
1 tbsp cashew
Coriander as per need
Boiled rice
Method of preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, cashew, raisins, dry chili, grated coconut, biryani masala and coriander. Saute it for few minutes
Then add food colour, salt to taste and chopped pineapple. Let it cook for few minutes
Add boiled rice to the masala mixture and mix it together
Let it cook on low flame and serve it hot
