INGREDIENTS:
4 Tomatoes
1 White Onion
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp fresh or dry Dill
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Cup White Vinegar

METHOD:
-Cut Tomatoes and onions
-Layer, one cut tomato a sprinkle of salt and pepper, then a layer of onion repeat until jar is full
-Press contents down in the jar if more space is needed, make sure rim is clear
-Add one tsp of fresh or dry dill
-1/4 cup sugar
-Slowly pour in 1 cup of white vinegar
-Shake rapidly until you do not see any sugar crystals
-Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. It is good for 2-3 days afterward, be sure to keep refrigerated
