Homemade Cookies n Cream Cookies | Made with Oreos & Hershey's Chocolate Bars | Christmas Cookies

Soft, chewy, easy, and tasty
Soft, chewy, easy, and tasty cookies made with Oreo pieces and Hershey's Cookies and Cream chocolate bars. COOKIES IN EVERY BITE! So delicious! These cookies are quick to prepare and done baking in less than 15 minutes. A perfect anytime cookie, but also a great Christmas cookie to send to family and friends, to bring to holiday parties, or to put on a plate for Santa on Christmas Eve.
There are so many different textures in every bite! The soft chewiness of the baked cookie, the crunch from the cookie bits inside of the Hershey's bar, and the slight saltiness from the Oreo cookies. These are YUM on so many levels! YOU GUYS HAVE TO MAKE THESE!
Also, a fun bonus... learn how to soften that rock hard brown sugar that you've been keeping in the back of our fridge!
Ingredients
2 ¼ c All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ tsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 ½ stick unsalted Butter
½ c. White Granulated Sugar
½ c. lightly packed Brown Sugar
1 room temperature Egg
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 Hershey's Cookies and Cream Cookies
15 Oreo Sandwich Cookies
Steps
1. Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
2. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
3. Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet with 2 inches of space between the balls.
4. Bake at 350ºF for 12-13 mins.
5. Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
6. Enjoy! :-)
