This is a 2010 Toyota Prius. We are cleaning the HV (high voltage) battery fan. This preventive maintenance helps extend the life of your hybrid battery. The battery fan cleaning procedure is Cheap and easy. Battery overheating can set a POA82. This is the same procedure as replacing the High voltage hybrid battery cooling fan. This task usually costs around $300 or you can Do it yourself for free. Just be very careful around the hybrid battery.
