頸髄損傷で四肢麻痺だと、普段の生活に様々な工夫が必要です。

それはトイレの時やシャワーの時もそうで、動画のようなルーティーンを作るまで何年も時間がかかりました。

生活での一つ一つの動作に時間がかかりますが、自立することは自信にもつながります。
