Further explanations magnetic machine principle of working

I am not sure if the distance is correct for the aim the main moving plate with permanent magnets can work properly. If this plate is approaching it should be attracted by magnetic force but if the plate is enough close to one of external plates, it should be rapidly repelled from them thanks its own rotation and synchronization.
