The most remote inhabited island on Earth

It's impossible to know how many islands there are in the world, as many of them are emerging constantly from tectonic plate activity. It's believed there are over 900,000 islands, many of them uninhabited. However, of those where there is human presence: which one is the most remote of all? On this video we talk about Tristan da Cunha, probably the most remote place on Earth (farther away from civilization than the north and south poles!)
