In this Video, I will share with you my recipe on how to make an easy hand mix gum paste. Hope you will enjoy and like it.. thanks for watching.
Ingredients: (STIFF CONSISTENCY)
- 540g of sifted Confectioner sugar
- 100 ml of drinking or clean water
- 1 small single pack, or 2 1/2 tsp of unflavored gelatin
- Shortening (very little amount)
- 3 drops of clear vanilla extract (optional)
- A tiny dot of blue gel coloring (optional)..just for whiter dough
