How To Send invitation on Zoom meeting for Android. How to send an invite to Zoom Meeting.
So if you wish to send an invitation to the Zoom meeting for Android follow this step by step tutorial.
I am going to show you how to invite others to a Zoom meeting that is created on an Android device.
First, tap on the screen on the phone. These 5 buttons will appear at the bottom of the screen.
The first method to invite people is to send them directly to the ID of the meeting and password. You find this on the top. You can send that directly to anybody you want to. Another way to invite people to zoom meeting si the following.
tap on button participants. On this section tap on the invite. You will see here that you can invite people by sending them a message, an email, invite from zoom contacts, and copy the URL.
Let’s check every action and how we can use it. Let’s tap on Messages
Messages app will open on your phone. Select the persons who you wish to send the invite. After you have added the persons tap on the arrow from the top. Now just send the SMS to the persons who you selected. The invitation has been sent
Let’s look at the second action: Gmail. On this we will open the Gmail app and we will have the composer opened. Just write the email of the persons who you want to invite and sent the email.
On the third action I can not show you an example as I do not have any zoom contact. I will discuss this in a future video dedicated to contacts.
On the fourth action we will Copy URL. This action the system will copy the URL of the zoom meeting in the clipboard and you can send it on any messaging app like WhatsApp, facebook messenger, Viber and whatever you use. Let’s test it on Whatsapp. Let’s open whatsapp.. and tap on a person's name or a group.
Here tap on the search and keep the finger on the screen until you see the paste option. Paste the URL of the meeting and hit send.
Now all of the persons from the group have been invited. Now you know how to invite persons to your meeting.
