Our first time in The
Our first time in The Amazon Jungle was in Puerto Maldonado in Peru and WOW we were MIND BLOWN by everything that came with coming to the Jungle!
This place instantly felt so different to the rest of South America, the humidity, the rainforest sounds, the smells - even though we only caught a 1 hour flight from Cusco (Peru) to come here, we felt we had entered a different country altogether.
During our 6 days here we stayed at an amazing Eco-Lodge called SoTupa, whilst here we were able to enjoy ALL the activities shown in this video - it is a package deal so when you stay here it covers all your meals and activities. The people here are gorgeous, local, friendly people, the chef's dishes are delicious and the place is just perfect.

- Kayaking down the Tambopata river
- Ayahuasca Ceremony
- Visiting The Amazon Shelter

Our 6 days here were magical, from our first experience with Ayahuasca, to feeding baby monkeys, this was a trip we will never forget!
