60-40. 'Yan ang daw hatiang inirekomenda ng Pilipinas sa China, pagdating sa makukuhang langis at kita sa West Philippine Sea. 60 percent sa Pilipinas at 40 percent naman sa China. Bukas naman daw dito ang China. Binubuo pa ang kasunduan para sa posibleng joint exploration na dati nang inalmahan ng ilang eksperto. Tila raw kasi binibigyan ng karapatan ang China sa West Philippine Sea na malinaw na bahagi ng ating exclusive economic zone. Mula sa Quezon City, may report si JP Soriano.
